bug fixes:
- Fixed 8-bit variable := 16-bit shr <value>. It lost precision before, but now it works.
Updates:
- Renamed, and altered BBC bitmap plotting example to match the fix.
- There are now 3 BBC examples.
- Moved examples to separate a download; extract them into the Pas6502 folder so there is an examples folder there.
