Improvements made

Changes to Pas6502:

• The project examples are now in a folder called "examples", and accessible from the files menu option.
• Options now use generic *.exe file for emulators.
• Pas6502 will now memorise its window size and the vertical split position between sessions, which is better.
• Documentation update to reflect the prerequisites of Java Runtime Environment!! (Thanks Andy Hewitt!)
