I appreciate you supporting my humble game via the boxed version, but you'll have to purchase the digital download to get the cartridge version...I can't really justify giving away the full game at this point in time 😔
Purchased this and downloaded it yesterday. I really love it. You caught my attention with Rogue 64, and Roguecraft (which I QA'd for BadgerPunchGames). I wanted to see what parts inspired you and what you expanded on. I was thrilled to see the weapons choices vs multiple characters. I was thrilled with the graphics and sounds but I truly wish there was an atmospheric soundtrack to play with. That would be my only request! Bravo, well done, congrats on taking the Rogue format to this level on the Commodore 64. I love it as it is very well done <3
Thanks for the kind words mate! 😊 😊❤️ If I had the ram left I would have gotten an in-game tune too 😁 I really enjoyed crafting ROGUEish! Rogue64 and Rogue Craft inspired me to get cracking with doing my own version. Rogue64 is why I did 25 rooms per level... seemed a good size.
Any chance to get a review copy for BrewOtaku #009? Or you can kindly confirm us, that the demo has enough to offer :) If you are okay with a review copy for us, you can get in touch with us via brewotaku at brewotaku dot com. Thanks :)
Hi! The demo only has 2 levels, the old sid tune, less SFX, and no rotating projectiles for extra polish. The rest of the game play is identical. I'll contact you via your email 😊
Been having a lot of fun with the full game. Managed to survive to the 6th level so far, not used the bow yet. Tried to clear out every single room to see the risk/reward on each floor. Great fun. Be playing a lot more later on.
Hi! This is me doing a blind run. With no instructions, no knowledge, nothing. I usually do relatively short episodes in this format - yet here I played for TWO HOURS, totally mesmerized. In a crowded genre, your game has its own personality that makes it stand out <3 I really hope you improve the formula with a sequel. I especially missed a load/save feature (even just one of the kind that destroys the save state once loaded, so you still can't reload endlessly to cheat).
